09:08 PM Jymmm: rue_house: I FINALLY got to a point of doing a pre-test on the barrel rocket stove (without sealing anything and NO insulation on the inner updraft tube)... I was not that impressed. Never got past 315F =(
09:10 PM Jymmm: Been raining for a week, snowed on/off today, and it was so cold this morning that my glasses fogged up and I blew a hole in the barrel with the welder, but FINALLY got it fixed enough to test.
