[09:41:25]<Jymmm> I wrapped all the faucets in towels and covered with plastic coffee cans
[09:41:32]<Jymmm> yesterday
[09:43:27]<Jymmm> Tom_L: I REALLY like this torch http://www.homedepot.com/p/Bernzomatic-TS4000T-Trigger-Start-Torch-Head-TS4000T/202185055 [09:43:49]<Jymmm> does propane or mapp
[10:02:24]<Tom_L> problem averted
[10:04:49]<Tom_L> there's a ledge on the basement wall at the top because i added the basement. there's a crawl space on that ledge. i opened the access to it and put a fan there, letting the warm air in there for a while
[10:05:41]<Tom_L> it's all insulated but when it gets real cold this happens once in a great while
[10:07:01]<Jymmm> Tom_L: Where are you at that it's -3F ?
[10:07:22]<Tom_L> Ks
[10:07:34]<Jymmm> KS Kansas or Misery?
[10:07:43]<Tom_L> wichita
[10:07:46]<Jymmm> ah
[10:08:02]<Jymmm> Err,I had read that as KC, not KS =)
[10:08:09]<Tom_L> uh huh
[10:08:27]<Jymmm> Hey, it's early stil and still on 1st cup of coffee
[10:08:31]<Tom_L> about 10 now
[10:08:47]<Tom_L> heat wave..
[10:09:00]<Jymmm> Wait, just a fan is all you did? No heat?
[10:09:50]<Tom_L> room heat
[10:10:08]<Tom_L> i had the torch ready
[10:10:16]<Jymmm> heh
[10:10:28]<Tom_L> didn't really feel like getting stuck in the crawl space though
[10:10:33]<Tom_L> it's about 15" wide
[10:54:17]<Tom_L> rue_house
[10:54:20]<Tom_L> wake up
[12:58:35]<Tom_L> rue_bed how do i limit access to a user account from remote login?
[12:58:43]<Tom_L> ssh
[13:17:57]<rue_bed> ? so that accounts cant log in?
[13:18:16]<rue_bed> the system permissions prevent users from doing things you dont want them to
[13:18:30]<rue_bed> do you have users accessing the system who you dont want to do things?
[13:19:31]<rue_bed> wow, so much snow
[13:50:37]<Tom_L> i can get in but it gives full access
[13:50:52]<Tom_L> i just want one user to see his user directory
[14:07:41]<Jymmm> chroot
[14:13:03]<Tom_L> what's that do?
[14:14:13]<rue_shop3> it changes the root directory of a instance
[14:17:37]<Tom_L> so the user directory is in /home/user
[14:17:42]<Tom_L> what would i change
[14:18:03]<Tom_L> wouldn't i chown it first?
[14:18:13]<Tom_L> or that's for stuff below that
