[01:25:06] <rue_house> oops
[01:25:15] <rue_house> video card locked up, happens about 1/year
[14:56:06] <Jymmm> rue_house: In a nutshell, could you explain your "three stage burner" setup please?
[21:08:57] <rue_house> its circular
[21:09:37] <rue_house> the incomming air is preheated by the exhaust, so it hits the fire hot, above the fire is a oxygen depleted hot area for drying the new material
[21:10:24] <rue_house> the air goes thru first stage at a point about 4inches above the burn grate, as its pulled down thru a thermal mass material, its mixed with a bit more air for second stage combustion
[21:10:30] <rue_house> while it heats the incomming air
[21:10:47] <rue_house> the exhaust from that goes thru a heat exchanger for the water
[21:11:13] <rue_house> the air from that SHOULD go thru an air-air for pre-pre heating the incomming air, but the ducting would be too crazy
[21:11:37] <rue_house> so, when its cold, it smokes like all hell
[21:11:47] <rue_house> were talking smoke up 2 blocks in like 10 mins
[21:12:01] <rue_house> when the secondary kicks in, it goes clear almost instantly
[21:12:31] <rue_house> part of the new design is mechanisms to help balance the stage 1 and 2 air volumes
[21:12:52] <rue_house> but I didn't address mixing issues
[21:13:11] <rue_house> which might be where the small prototype excelled, not enough volume to have mixing issues
[21:29:30] <Tom_itx> you need hdd driver boards?
[21:53:30] <rue_house> generic 3 phase
[21:53:34] <rue_house> small
