00:20 TELunus Interestingly I didn't actually have to drill, there were holes in the plastic and I just had to cut through a (really thick) sticker.
00:21 TELunus For some reason when I measure resistance it just says "1. " which is what it says when the resistance is higher than the selected range.
01:50 ifny biped radio eh?
01:50 ifny rue_shop2: summer is better vis a vis precipitation but worse for horological reasons
01:50 ifny and warm pfft
01:50 ifny if i'm cold i just ride faster
04:56 rue_house article didn't come out too crazy sounding, I approve :)
04:57 rue_house TELunus, so you just had to peel the sticker!
04:58 rue_house TELunus, I'm not sure, random guess, the top one
11:42 TELunus Ok, if that doesn't work I'll try the bottom one. What would you guess the one that isn't the one I'm looking for does?
11:45 TELunus Ok, neither of those worked. It still seems to measure voltage correctly
11:49 TELunus Ah: after further testing I find that the top one definitely adjusts DC voltage reading. Now I need another volt meter to re-calibrate it off of.
11:50 rue_house ah!
11:51 rue_house it could be that the adjustments wont help that problem too
12:12 Tom_itx turn all the knobs!!
13:50 rue_house TELunus, you can calibrate it roughly against the 5V rail of a pc
21:53 ifny wow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-5rn93sYpw
21:53 ifny that is neat.
22:02 rue_house cool
22:15 TELunus So if turning the knobs didn't help what should I try next? Buying a new one?
23:51 rue_shop2 yup
23:51 rue_shop2 :/
23:51 rue_shop2 did it work before?
