09:25 tsmeow-afk thinks rue does not understand that she has done no improvements to the house since being arrested over the neighbor's dogs before 1999 : there's no working bedroom windows, no shower or tub installed, no bathroom vents (they are fans, yanno), no insulation to speak of upstairs, no interior walls in most of upstairs, no ceiling in the hallway downstairs, no elevator working, no wood heat, etc etc
