15:06 katsmeow-afk Tom : President Barack Obama bowed to political pressure over his signature healthcare reform on Thursday, announcing that he would allow insurers to extend policies that have been canceled for one year even if they do not comply with the law.
15:07 katsmeow-afk Several million Americans have received cancellation notices because insurers did not renew policies that were protected because they predated the 2010 law, or because they were made after the law was enacted.
15:07 katsmeow-afk It will be up to state insurance commissioners to allow the Obamacare fix to go ahead, and it will be up to insurers whether to renew plans that have already been canceled.

21:04 TELunus|2 The final design will have vibration isolation of the base station from the ground (apperantly the ground might shake), vibration damping of the tether ( from wind caused vibrations), a landing platform to reduce ground effects, store the UAV safely when it's not in operation, and reel the tether in and out as needed to maintain appropriate length/tension.
