20:36 katsmeow-afk those energy protein shake drinks, saw some, 5mg of protein once a day is not enough, and at $2 per drink it's a waste of money, for $15 you can get 3 weeks wortho f drink at 200mg per day, the usda recommends minimally 100mg/day ,, the 5mg "healthy" drinks is a serious waste of time and money
