23:27 any86927516 btw, i found the right combo of things to make fingers from 3/8 steek square shaft, with ball bearings and idlers, good for as much as 100lbs fingertip lift at breaking point

23:33 any86927516 the tendon material i got a sample of is cheap (100 meters @ $7.50) and at 0.016 thick can easily hold 20lbs (and i have yet to break it) and has no apparent stretch and is quite flexable

23:36 any86927516 if i parallel two plus do 2:1 pulley in the finger joint, that's 400lbs on each finger joint, or 20lbs on each joint's distal tip,, 4 fingers then = 80lbs, and satisfies my requirement it lift a car battery
