11:43 katsmeow-afk zhanx, i discovered something else performance related, prolly nothing to do with real he-men tho, only good data for us girls: diphenhydramine and doxysalwhatever sleeping/allergy pills, AND motrin/ibuprofen suppress daily human growth hormone secretion by the pituitary, causing performance drops
11:47 katsmeow-afk i read a tip about the long term suppression by the otc sleeping/allergy pills, and it got me thinking about the ibuprofen, so i been experimenting, being i was taking as much as 3 grams of ibuprofen a day
