12:26 katsmeow-afk well, it's a national usa thing, WAPE had huge night time AM-band skip "throw" across the usa in the 70's, and "heard it on the WERD radio" was in a top 10 hits lyrics, referring to WERD (pronounced "wierd"), a radio station in Illinois(?) in the 70's
