21:33 katsmeow-afk rue, the scince direct article seems to be saying only that a fine tuning of the motor control and sensors in extremities is done thru use of those extremities, but the same is true of most motor-sensor areas of the body: if a child is raised thru teens with no language, that human may *never* have language
