19:49 rue_mohr to?
19:49 Tom_itx isp and tpi work now
19:49 Tom_itx had a bear of a time fixing stupid drivers
19:56 rue_shop your fixing the drivers or the programmer?
19:56 Tom_itx yes
19:57 Tom_itx trying to make it compatible with avrdude, studio 4, studio 5.0 and studio 5.1
19:57 Tom_itx a stupid libusb driver kept getting in the way
19:57 Tom_itx had to reinstall 2 of the studio versions and jungo
19:58 rue_shop and people diss linux
19:58 Tom_itx it has it's share of grief
20:01 rue_shop hmm, I suppose each leg should have a 3A limit
20:01 rue_shop iirc 1A on those motors is crazy torque
20:07 Tom_itx ok i know what needs fixed but i can't find it
20:08 Tom_itx i think it's a pretty easy fix
20:32 Tom_itx rue_shop you busy?
20:39 rue_shop always
20:40 Tom_itx well i found what i needed but it didn't fix the problem
20:40 Tom_itx it fixed part of it though
20:43 rue_shop ok
20:44 Tom_itx i think i've reached the end of what i can do with it
20:45 rue_shop ok
20:45 rue_shop what is "it"
20:46 Tom_itx it was complaining about the target voltage for PDI so i figured out where to change it to 3v
20:46 Tom_itx that got rid of that error however it didn't fix the PDI
20:46 Tom_itx the other 2 work
20:46 Tom_itx i'm sure he can make a minor tweak in his sleep to fix it
20:46 rue_shop :) I have made a overload current relay, its got two coils, one for 24V and the other for -24V, it triggers at 1.5A, which should allow me to add a shunt
20:46 Tom_itx i'd fight it all night
20:47 rue_shop ok
20:47 Tom_itx they're starting to demand more parameters be correct in the newer version
20:47 Tom_itx it used to let you go on anyway
20:50 rue_shop I wonder how I do trimmer resistors for this
21:51 rue_mohr as falling asleep at the soldering staiton seems to be dangerous I'm staying in for the night
