12:24 AM qu1j0t3: it clocks at 16 MHz now.
12:24 AM qu1j0t3: but if my ISP isn't working that's a new and different problem
12:24 AM Phantom: scope won't tell you if it accept the clock signal and if you enabled the divide by 8 fuse, which cause standard programming speed to fail because it is now too fast for the chip
