[05:12:38] <hackvana> Party's on: #freenode-newyears
[05:54:11] <Lambda_Aurigae> hackvana, yippy.....I think.
[06:15:07] <specing> hackvana: new year was 10 days ago btw
[06:15:30] <Thrashbarg> I thought it was in April

[06:18:54] <Lambda_Aurigae> http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/2-year-old-accidentally-kills-his-mom-in-wal-mart/ar-BBhmnXx happy new year....
[06:20:01] <Thrashbarg> yup...
[06:29:26] <Mexxxer> Hi is anyone here familiar with Antenna Matching Circuits and when they are required?
[06:30:54] <Mexxxer> I have a GSM module with a very short trace to the UFL connector, less than 2 mm. The antenna and gsm module is 50 Ohm based, And I want to maybe later put the board through FCC. Will they require an impedance matching circuit even if the antenna and module is already 50 Ohm, and the pcb trace is less than 2 mm?
[06:30:59] <Lambda_Aurigae> passingly familiar with them.
[06:32:56] <Mexxxer> From what I know a short antenna feed, 2 mm, which is way below 0.1 x Lamda should be okay. But since I have never put a board through FCC, I don't know if they will feel the same.
[10:28:55] <hypermagic> quake on scope https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMli33ornEU
[15:09:16] <Lambda_Aurigae> hoppy new beer!
[15:28:13] <Jartza> I'll prefer port wine, but same to you ;)
[16:43:54] <leowt> hello there
[16:44:05] <Casper> o/
[16:44:21] <leowt> im trying to set up an interrupt to print some things on uart when it recieves 'r' character
[16:44:36] <leowt> but USART_RXC_vect' appears to be a misspelled signal handler
[16:44:47] <leowt> the compiler says

[16:59:21] <leowt> what is the equivalent of RCXIE and USART_RXC_vect
[16:59:25] <leowt> for atmega 328p
[16:59:26] <leowt> ?
[16:59:35] <leowt> cannot find any reference to it
[16:59:54] <leowt> im following guides to setup interrupts with received bytes from serial
[21:29:11] <rue_more> the receive character interrupt?
