12:38 AM XXCoder: man
12:38 AM XXCoder: building a 3d printer takes a while lol
12:38 AM XXCoder: expecially when nephew breaks pinda holder off lol
01:11 AM XXCoder: mrec: hey
01:17 AM mrec: hi
01:17 AM XXCoder: whats up
01:17 AM mrec: I'm looking for an accurate homing sensor :-)
01:18 AM mrec: maybe a glassscale can do?
01:18 AM XXCoder: yah? though most cases you should hit homing switches exactly once
01:18 AM XXCoder: each power on
01:19 AM mrec: I'd like to make some gears in a reproducible way without the hazzle of an accurate setup every time
01:19 AM mrec: so a good homing procedure would be needed for that
01:20 AM mrec: power on, home and run the program. currently I have no homing sensors installed I just measure the material do a touch off and go.
01:20 AM mrec: (it's about a CNC lathe)
01:20 AM XXCoder: yea though dunno what isbest for high repeatablility
01:21 AM mrec: my pick and place machine has a home marker on the linear scale
01:21 AM mrec: but maybe there's something else
01:25 AM XXCoder: cool :)
02:58 AM randy: morning
02:58 AM XXCoder: yo
12:28 PM hexagon5un: JT-Cave: neat gcode generator.
03:23 PM JT-Cave: thanks
03:24 PM * JT-Cave can't seem to find any information why USPS international packages have not moved in 2 months...
03:37 PM robotustra: where is this code generator?
03:38 PM robotustra: where I can have a look at it?

05:56 PM robotustra: JT-Cave, what input do you use to generate the path?
