 KSETSCROLL()
 Queries/sets the system setting for SCROLL LOCK

 Syntax

     KSETSCROLL([<lNewSwitch>]) --> lOldSwitch

 Argument

     <lNewSwitch>  Designates whether "SCROLL LOCK" is on (.T.) or off
     (.F.).  The default value is the system setting.

 Returns

     KSETSCROLL() returns the current setting for SCROLL LOCK when no
     parameter is specified; otherwise, it returns the previous setting.

 Description

     KSETSCROLL() returns the current system setting for SCROLL LOCK.  If the
     <lNewSwitch> is specified, SCROLL LOCK is set accordingly.

 Note

     .  This function turns the interactive movement mode for windows
        on or off.

 Examples

     .  Query the SCROLL LOCK function:

        Scroll: = KSETSCROLL()

     .  Switch on SCROLL LOCK and save the previous status:

        OldScroll: = KSETSCROLL(.T.)
