goTop() --> self

        Repositions the data source to the logical beginning of file (by
        evaluating the TBrowse:goTopBlock), refills the display with the
        topmost available data, and moves the browse cursor to the uppermost
        data row for which data is available.  The pan position of the window
        is not changed.
