colorSpec                                       (Assignable)

        Contains a character string that indicates the color attributes that
        are used by the scroll bar's display() method.  The string must
        contain two color specifiers.

        Note:  In graphic mode, colorSpec position 2 has no affect and is
        ignored.

        Note:  The colors available to a DOS application are more limited
        than those for a Windows application.  The only colors available to
        you here are listed in the drop-down list box of the Workbench
        Properties window for that item.
