C3012   Too many standard rules

     Explanation:  There are too many rules in the standard header file
     (i.e., either Std.ch or the file specified with the /U compiler option).

     Action:  Take some of the standard rules and put them in another
     header file.  Then, #include this header file at the beginning of each
     program file in your application.
