     Explanation:  You specified one or more #if unterminated directives
     at the end of a make file.  All #if directives must have corresponding
     #endif directives.

     Action:  Check the make file carefully and close all conditional
     constructs with a #endif directive.  Using indentation in the make file
     will make problems of this nature easier to spot and avoid.
