     Explanation:  A syntax error was detected in the indicated rule or
     directive.  The proper syntax for all make file rules and directives can
     be found in the "Program Maintenance--RMAKE.EXE" chapter in the
     Programming and Utilities Guide.

     Action:  Correct and run the make again.
