R1001 Ignoring redefinition of command-line macro

Explanation: A make file attempted to assign a new value to a macro
defined on the command line or in the RMAKE environment variable. The
redefinition is ignored, and the macro retains its previous value.

Action: Specify an #undef directive to clear the definition of a
command-line macro, allowing a new value to be assigned.
