 DBCMD/2019   Argument error

     Explanation:  One or more of the arguments to DBEVAL() was of the
     wrong type.  This error can also occur when any of the required
     arguments are omitted.

     Action:  Correct the program.  Pass a valid data type to DBEVAL().
