goBottom() --> self

        Repositions the data source to logical bottom of file (by evaluating
        the TBrowse:goBottomBlock), refills the display with the bottommost
        available data, and moves the browse cursor to the lowermost data row
        for which data is available.  The pan position of the window is not
        changed.
