 _gExclErase()
 Delete all exclusion areas previously defined with _gExclSet()

 Description

     After calling _gExclErase(), the return value of _gExclCountGet() is
     reset and no portion of the screen is excluded from use.

 Files   Library is LLIBG.LIB, header file is Llibg.api.
