BLINKER OVERLAY FIXED (Clipper S"87 only)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Purpose : Specify fixed overlay allocation method

  Syntax : BLINKER OVERLAY FIXED

This command is used to instruct Blinker to allocate a fixed size block
of memory from DOS for overlays at application start up. Once the block
has been allocated from DOS, the Blinker overlay manager will not
allocate any further memory for overlays, resulting in an application
with a predictable overlay overhead. This method allows parental
overlays (procedures or functions that called the current procedure) to
be swapped out as required, in order to make room to execute new
  procedures.

This method is the only overlay pool allocation method for all compilers
except Clipper Summer '87, where it is optional.

Please see the previous section, BLINKER OVERLAY DYNAMIC, for a
comparison of the FIXED and DYNAMIC methods.
