  BLINKER MESSAGE NOBLINK

  Purpose : Disable blinking of eyes during linking

  Syntax  : BLINKER MESSAGE NOBLINK

  Default : Disabled

  This BLINKER command is used to switch off the blinking eyes which
  are displayed while BLINKER is running.
