ALLOCATE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purpose : Specify one or more libraries to link
Syntax : ALLOCATE [d:][path]<libname> [, [d:][path]<libname>...]
Example : ALLOCATE Mylib
The ALLOCATE command has exactly the same function as the LIBRARY
command.
