  BLITOTACT
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  Function : Number of active overlays

  Syntax   : nuValue = BLITOTACT()

  Return   : Total Active Overlays

  This function returns the total number of overlays currently active,
  i.e. executing, in the overlay pool.

  Example  :
  * Get the current number of active overlays.
  *
  ? "There are", BLITOTACT(),
  ?? "overlays currently active"
