BLIERRNUM

  Function : Get Blinker error number

  Syntax   : nuValue = BLIERRNUM()

  Return   : Blinker Error Number

  This function returns the Blinker runtime error number, and is for use
  in the Blinker error handler BLERRPRG. In normal operation the value
  returned is zero, meaning no error.
