UPPERCASE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purpose : Convert all symbols to uppercase
Syntax : UPPERCASE
Default : Enabled
The UPPERCASE command is used to specify to the linker that all
symbols should be converted to upper case before being added to the
symbol table. BLINKER defaults to uppercase.
