New Timing Pulleys

Original v-belt pulleys.		New timing Pulleys from Stock Drive Products.

Had to bore the holes to the right size.		New pulleys in place.

	All back together


Swapping out the old encoders.	500 CPR endoder from some surplus equipment.	Drawbar should still work with a thicker spacer.

The encoder pulleys were a bit too wide so I removed the shoulder and drilled and tapped a hole under the belts.
