12:28 PM andypugh: seb_kuzminsky: Specifically I am considering refactoring hy_vfd to be driven by a data structure like that used in smart-serial for the not-quite-as-smart drives, all to make it easier to specify extra registers at the command line.
12:28 PM andypugh: (and, this is _all_ just so I don’t need to move my lathe away from the wall to reach the VFD front panel.
