02:10 PM cerna: andypugh How it is with OSX and real-time threading, anyway? Simple quick googling didn't turn anything up.
02:10 PM andypugh: I think there is something.
02:14 PM andypugh: cerna: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/Darwin/Conceptual/KernelProgramming/scheduler/scheduler.html
02:18 PM cerna: Thanks, will read. I didn't find it, just couple questions from which I assumed that it is RT capable out of the box (which is interesting if true).
02:27 PM andypugh: Maybe because it is based on the NeXt Cube, and that was aimed at video processing?
03:35 PM skunkworks: pcw_home: the rpi ran all night no issues with following errors. (running a large program..)
03:35 PM skunkworks: at home.
03:36 PM skunkworks: I had measured the power supply here that runs the rpi and with a volt meter it looked great. with the scope - not so much...
03:43 PM skunkworks: the scope is showing atleast 500mv of nosie
03:44 PM skunkworks: noise

04:10 PM alex_joni: skunkworks: quite good.. finished a big system last week (7m track, 1.5t turn/tilt positioner)
04:10 PM alex_joni: another this week (12m track, no positioner)
04:11 PM alex_joni: and now currently moving a robot to a new location, that's why I had to stay the weekend far from home :)
