11:59 AM Tom_L: skunkworks, do you have a link to your plasma torch height control video?
01:17 PM skunkworks: Tom_L: https://forum.linuxcnc.org/plasma-laser/33788-anyone-actually-using-external-offsets-branch-for-thc#104005
02:20 PM Tom_L: thanks
03:30 PM jepler: is anything stopping us to go live with the doc change to point users at stretch ISOs?
03:37 PM jepler: seb_kuzminsky: ^^
03:51 PM JT-Shop: I've been using stretch for some time now on a couple of machines
04:35 PM seb_kuzminsky: jepler: i preferred the old iso filenames that said both "2.7" and "stretch" in the name
04:41 PM seb_kuzminsky: i wish there was a non-confusing way to let potential users know that there's a wheezy/rtai/2.7 iso available, but i think it's good that the stretch/uspace/2.7 iso is front and center without clutter around it
04:43 PM seb_kuzminsky: probably the "Installing on Debian Stretch (with Preempt-RT kernel)
04:43 PM seb_kuzminsky: " section should go away, now that it's the "main" method
04:58 PM jepler: seb_kuzminsky: hmmm saying 2.7 in the name...
04:59 PM jepler: would /stretch-2.7/ do it or do you want it in the filename part?
04:59 PM jepler: the latter takes a bit more retooling but if so, let it be so
05:46 PM seb_kuzminsky: i don't think you necessarily have to retool the live build wrapper, it'd be enough to rename the file it spits out
05:47 PM seb_kuzminsky: or is there additional tooling that i'm missing
05:49 PM Tom_L: could one of you kick androuser2 in the main channel until his connection is better
