10:09 AM mozmck: Does anyone mind if I set "Moderate New Users" to 1 again? We seem to be getting a lot of spam lately.
10:11 AM mozmck: This just moderates posts of users who have less than 1 published post - once the first post is approved then they are no longer moderated. I don't know how many legitimate new users sign up per week, but I doubt there are that many?

10:30 AM mozmck: Seems like last time it was tried I didn't get any of those emails - but maybe the settings are different now than they were.

10:35 AM mozmck: jthornton: thanks. It is set now, and the setting which I think will send email notices to administrators is "Email Administrators" = "Unapproved Posts"

12:08 PM jepler: I have removed moderator permissions from ArcEye and Rick G. because they have configured their accounts with invalid emails, and moderators get lots of emails.
