12:05 PM lcnc-relay: <roguish> I had a batch of polyps, and a nasty web of tissue fibers. cause years of sinus infections. no more.

12:10 PM lcnc-relay: <roguish> if your sinuses are bad, one thing that really helps is to rinse them out, sometimes 2 or 3 time a day.

12:15 PM lcnc-relay: <roguish> my sinus infections used t put me on the couch for days, with my head feeling like it was exploding... no more.
12:17 PM lcnc-relay: <roguish> most surgeons will pack your nose with gauze wads.... horrible. my surgeon doesn't do that. much better. but most important is get it done....
